Awesome business! Very quick to respond to my emails. I had emailed regarding my order and got an email back later that day. The bugs were packaged very nicely, secured in multiple containers and boxes. I received plenty isopods and they were good and alive. Unfortunately the spring tails did not make it, but, I informed him that they did not make it and he shipped out more for free! I didn’t even ask him to do this, I was just informing him they didn’t make it. Got the 2nd box of spring tails and they were perfect and healthy. The tank is smoothly! I will be coming back for more micro fauna in the future.

my name is Bill Dodrill. owner of Mount”n”memories taxidermy. and skull cleaning , in south western Pennsylvania, i e-mailed them and asked if someone could call. within hours. i got my call and we discussed the problem i had, and was in need of A Lot of Dermested Beetles. for cleaning my skulls. they said special orders they could do and was pleased to help me with my problem, within days. i got my order. and my beetles came healthy. and ready to start cleaning my skulls. i definitely will order from these people. again. they bend over backwards to help in anyway they can. to get you what you need. as fast as they can i’m giving RRF. two thumbs up great talking with you, great healthy beetles, great customer service , they really care for their clients. thanks a bunch you guys ��. !!!!!
